Terms and Conditions
- The Photo Gift Certificate can be used toward any services or prints/wall art provided by Lenspirations Photography.
- The Gift Certificate has no cash value and cannot be returned/exchanged for cash.
- It is not transferable or refundable.
- Certificates have a value equal to that which is purchased and printed on the Gift Certificate.
- Only one certificate may be used per session.
- This gift certificate can only be used once – please refer to the Unique Identifying Number (UIN) on your gift certificate.
- Gift certificates and UIN must be presented to book a session or use toward any purchases.
- Certificates may only be used for new sessions and may not be used to purchase products from previous sessions.
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are based on photographer’s availability.
- The photo session will be held at a time and location agreed between the photographer and the client.
- You may not sell your Gift Certificate. Gift Certificates may not be used in sales or promotional activities including giveaways or prizes in competitions without our prior consent. We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Certificate that we suspect has been resold or obtained in connection with an unauthorized sales or promotional activity.
- In accordance with both Michigan and federal law, this gift certificate will expire within five years from the date of purchase.
